As of 11/19/2012, the following are known issues with the IMS/PIC system:
The download function in the publicly-available version of HA Profiles is not working. This issue impacts only the HA Profiles accessed through the IMS/PIC web pages, outside of HUD Secure Systems. A message is now displayed on the Download tab of these publicly-available HA Profiles informing users of this issue. PIC users may log into the PIC system and obtain similar information in the Housing Agency module; the information obtained in the Housing Agency module, Reports tab, and HA Profile screen may be downloaded as a text file.
HA users are currently unable to submit Family Unification Program codes (FUP, FUPF, and FUPY) on line 2n of the Form HUD-50058 for issuance of a voucher (action code 10.) Until this issue is resolved, HAs are asked to leave field 2n blank when submitting an issuance of voucher action for families participating in HUD's Family Unification Program. However, the code should be included with the new admission, annual reexam or other change of unit action subsequently submitted.
Unit counts in the Unit Status Summary Report may be displaying incorrectly in some cases. In these cases, the Unit Status Summary Report will display different unit counts than the Unit Detail Report. The IMS/PIC Team is researching this issue.
The FSS Report may be displaying incorrectly for records with future effective dates. The FSS Report only looks at current records, meaning the latest record; when the current record has a future effective date, the report skips the current record because it is not yet effective rather than finding the preceding tenant record which is effective.
