As part of the application for HUD's Fiscal Year 2010 Notice of Funding Availability for the Capital Fund Education and Training Community Facilities (CFCF) Program, HUD is making aggregate occupancy percentages for PHAs available by PHA. This information is compiled from the PHA reported data in IMS/PIC.

Specifically, the occupancy percentage in the 12/31/2010 report will be the aggregate occupancy percentage HUD uses when rating the applications for HUD's Fiscal Year 2010 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Capital Fund Education and Training Community Facilities (CFCF) Program. Accordingly, it is essential that PHAs ensure the data in IMS/PIC is accurate in order to generate an accurate report.

To secure reliable data, HUD is providing support to assist PHAs in correcting any errors in IMS/PIC. Because PHAs are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data in IMS/PIC, PHAs should first review the data entered in that system and make any updates or corrections as required to ensure it accurately reflects the status of the units. If assistance is needed in making any updates or changes in IMS /PIC, PHAs should contact their PIC coach.
