General Information
Washington County Housing Authority (WCHA) currently administers approximately 250 public housing units and 3,100 Housing Choice Voucher units.

MTW Status
WCHA was selected as an MTW agency in 2021 through the Stepped and Tiered Rent Cohort of the MTW Expansion, which was authorized by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. WCHA's participation in the MTW program is through the end of its Fiscal Year 2043.
