General Information
South Carolina Regional Housing Authority #3 (SCRHA3) currently administers approximately 800 public housing units and 600 Housing Choice Voucher units.

MTW Status
SCRHA3 was selected as an MTW agency in 2022 through the Asset Building Cohort of the MTW Expansion, which was authorized by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. SCRHA3's participation in the MTW program is through the end of its Fiscal Year 2044.
