Salem Housing Authority (SHA) currently administers approximately 150 public housing units and 3,250 Housing Choice Voucher units.

MTW Status

SHA was selected as an MTW agency in 2022 through the Asset Building Cohort of the MTW Expansion, which was authorized by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. SHA's participation in the MTW program is through the end of its Fiscal Year 2044.
