General Information

Housing Authority of Florence (HAF) currently administers approximately 800 public housing units and 800 Housing Choice Voucher units.

MTW Status

HAF was selected as an MTW agency in 2022 through the Landlord Incentives Cohort of the MTW Expansion, which was authorized by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. HAF's participation in the MTW program is through the end of its Fiscal Year 2043.
