General Information

Housing Authority of the City of Bristol (BHA) currently administers approximately 550 public housing units and 750 Housing Choice Voucher units.

MTW Status

BHA was selected as an MTW agency in 2022 through the Asset Building Cohort of the MTW Expansion, which was authorized by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. BHA's participation in the MTW program is through the end of its Fiscal Year 2044.
