• The PIH Maintenance Guidebooks page offers easily downloadable electronic versions of the HUD maintenance guidebooks.
• The Public Housing Occupancy Guidebook offers information on the rules that govern day-to-day living in public housing.
• The Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plans page provides templates for writing PHA plans as well as a guide to submission.
• The Designated Housing Plans page is where PHAs can find out can view plans and monitor their approval.
• The Integrated Pest Management page offers greener techniques for eliminating household pests.
• The Resident Organizing and Participation Toolkit offers a collection of guides, sample forms, case studies and tenant participation fund tools to support public housing resident organizations.
