To schedule a concept meeting, please email your concept package to SWConcepts@hud.gov. A letter of encouragement or discouragement will follow within two weeks of the meeting.

• Meetings are held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11AM and 1PM (CST)
• Concept meetings for affordable properties take place on Tuesdays in Fort Worth

Kansas City

• Meetings are held Tuesday and Thursday at 11AM and 1PM (CST)

CONCEPT PACKAGES & APPLICATION INTAKE

All concept packages and applications must be mailed to the Fort Worth Regional Center at the attention of Lisa Campfield.
