Good Neighbor Next Door Sales Programs

The GNND Sales program is designed to improve the quality of life in distressed urban communities by encouraging law enforcement officers, teachers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians, to purchase and live in homes in these communities.

HUD provides a substantial incentive in the form of a fifty percent discount off the list price of eligible properties to these buyers.

Additional discounted sales programs allow local governments and qualified nonprofit organizations to purchase homes at a discount. These are referred to as Dollar Homes and HUD-approved Nonprofit discount sales program.
