Effective May 2013, the monthly reports entitled FHA Single-Family Outlook and Monthly Report to the FHA Commissioner have been replaced with new reports entitled FHA Single-Family Origination Trends Report, FHA Single-Family Loan Performance Trends Report, and FHA Production Report. The new reports provide details on the credit characteristics and performance of the FHA programs, the information found in the discontinued reports, as well as additional information regarding FHA programs that was previously provided in quarterly reports.

FHA Single-Family Outlook is a monthly statistical summary of application insurance endorsement, delinquency, and claim information on FHA single-family programs. It breaks out data for specific programs of current interest and compares the previous year's activity with current projections.
