FHA CATALYST: SINGLE FAMILY DEFAULT MONITORING SYSTEM REPORTING MODULE

The FHA Catalyst: Single Family Default Monitoring System (SFDMS) Reporting Module is HUD's system for tracking mortgagee data on defaulted mortgages until a default is resolved through reinstatement or termination. The module provides users the ability to report delinquency/default status codes that accurately reflect the severity of default and mortgagee action taken.

Mortgagees are required to submit default data in the FHA Catalyst: SFDMS Reporting Module or through the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

User access to the FHA Catalyst: SFDMS Module is granted by the mortgagee's FHA Catalyst Mortgagee Administrator. See the FHA Catalyst User Access Management page for further details.
