GRRP Awards

Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) provides direct loans and grants to eligible HUD-assisted multifamily properties to fund projects that improve energy or water efficiency, enhance indoor air quality, increase resilience to natural disasters, generate and store energy, and more . This page is intended to provide information on GRRP's latest funding updates and awards under the Elements, Leading Edge and Comprehensive cohorts.
