Energy efficiency programs and services are available in Region IX for households assisted by HUD programs, multifamily housing sponsors and managers, public housing authorities, and State and local community housing and development organizations. This information is to help with energy efficiency projects that reduce energy use and costs.

Low Income Energy Efficiency - program list and contact information - Energy programs and services provided by California utilities companies to qualified low-income households or properties serving low-income households. The California Public Utilities Commission has mandated that California's utilities companies provide these services to help reduce energy bills and household energy consumption.
