Office of Davis Bacon and Labor Standards
The Davis-Bacon Act requires that HUD grantees and contractors use prevailing wage rates on certain contracts and projects. Our local Davis Bacon and Labor Standards staff can provide guidance as to how this is to be carried out in Region VIII.
