Mortgage Servicing Settlement in Kentucky

If so, you may qualify for assistance from a $25 billion agreement reached in February 2012 between the federal government and state Attorneys General and these mortgage companies.

Kentucky's Attorney General, Jack Conway, was among those that reached an agreement and Kentucky was awarded $58.75 million. On July 30, 2012, Attorney General Conway further announced how $19.2 million of Kentucky's settlement would be allocated to assist citizens and communities.
