About the Local Program Office
The Indianapolis Office of Community planning and Development (CPD) is responsible for the administration of all CPD programs in the State of Indiana. Under the leadership of CPD Director, Danielle Tinsley, the Department's community development programs support a broad range of local projects in the State through a variety of partnerships involving government agencies at all levels, non-profit organizations, private investors, and community groups. These programs aid low and moderate-income persons by revitalizing neighborhoods, rehabilitating and developing housing, improving public facilities, providing necessary public services, and creating jobs.
