SEC-414 -- RELATED CIAP AMENDMENT.


 Section 14 of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437l)
is amended by adding at the end the following subsection:

 "(n) Limitation.-The Secretary shall not make assistance under this
section available with respect to a property transferred under title
III.".
