     TO:  ALL APPROVED MORTGAGEES
     SUBJECT:  Single Family Up-Front Mortgage Insurance Premiums
                 Lender Assistance Representatives
 
          In an effort to better support your organization, the Single
     Family Insurance Operations Division has designated the following
     individuals (see enclosure) as Lender Assistance Representatives.
     These representatives will respond to inquiries, provide
     assistance with complex questions about the mortgage insurance
     premiums process, and correct any erroneous financial information
     reflected on your statements of account.
 
          The volume of requests we receive is still very high;
     therefore, we are requesting that whenever possible, please write
     to us at the address listed below.  Include your company's
     mortgagee identification number on all correspondence.  Please do
     not address any correspondence directly to the representatives
     unless requested to do so.  All correspondence will be assigned
     and processed by teams which include your representative.  Send
     your requests to the following address:

          Please note that non-monetary premium data corrections can
     be made by lenders using FHA's Automated Clearing
     House (ACH) process and the ECHO communication network's
     One Time Mortgage Insurance Premium (OTMIP) software.  For
     further information on ACH, call the ACH Outreach Team
     at 703-845-4991.  Call 1-800-929-4824 for information on ECHO
     OTMIP software.
