     TO:  ALL APPROVED MORTGAGEES
     SUBJECT:  New Remittance Form HUD-2752,"Risk-Based Annual
                 Premiums:  Monthly Remittance Summary"
 
          Effective immediately the subject Form HUD-2752,"Risk-Based
     Annual Premiums: Monthly Remittance Summary," must accompany
     remittances of monthly risk-based premiums to the lockbox.  DO
     NOT USE THIS FORM FOR MONTHLY PREMIUMS ON LOANS WHICH CLOSED
     BEFORE JULY 1, 1991 OR FOR LOANS ISSUED UNDER SECTIONS OF THE
     HOUSING ACT NOT INCLUDED FOR RISK-BASED PREMIUMS.  DO NOT USE
     THIS FORM FOR THE UPFRONT PORTION OF THE RISK-BASED PREMIUM.
 
          It is imperative that all mortgagee staff responsible for
     Risk-Based premium monthly remittances be knowledgeable of the
     instructions for completion of this new form.
 
          Please note instruction number 3 for completing the form
     HUD-2752 which requires that A SEPARATE FORM AND CHECK BE USED
     FOR EACH REMITTANCE MONTH.
 
          Mail form HUD-2752 and the payment to:
