Accordingly, the processes and issues identified below affect approved mortgagees as they relate to foreclosure and filing claims with the Department, for these three office jurisdictions only. Mortgagees must modify all appropriate procedures, processes, letters, etc., to substitute the contractor in place of the local HUD offices listed above for each of the below areas: 1. Occupied conveyance procedures. 2. Preservation and protection issues. 3. Filing of claims. 4. Extensions of time for conveying title to HUD and for submitting title evidence, fiscal data (Part B) and supplemental claims on conveyances. 5. Title evidence. 6. Conveyance of damaged properties. Mortgagees must have these changes, which shall remain in effect until further notice, in place no later than November 1, 1996, but may enact them earlier. Please direct any questions to Ann M.
