From FY 15 to FY 17, the percentage awarded to small businesses grew every year. In FY 15, Small Business was 38.20% and Large was 61.80%. In FY 16, Small Business was 46.34% and Large was 53.66%. In FY 17, Small Business was 48.95% and Large was 51.05%.
