Overview

Through the FY2019 & FY 2020 Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), HUD made approximately $145 million available in up to 50 participating communities, with a priority for communities with substantial rural populations in up to eight locations. FY19/FY20 NOFO: The YHDP Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) application process is designed to identify the communities that HUD will select to participate in YHDP. It is not designed to identify and assess specific projects for funding. The project application process will occur after HUD has announced the selected communities.
