HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) conducted a webinar on Understanding URA, Section 104(d), and Program Acquisition and Relocation Requirements for HOME-ARP Projects on September 21, 2022.


This webinar provides HOME Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) and other program partners (CoCs, homeless service providers, local housing providers, public housing agencies, and relocation professionals) with a basic overview of the HOME-ARP program and its specific displacement, relocation, and acquisition requirements and waivers. The webinar also provides a brief refresher on URA, section 104(d) and HOME program displacement, relocation, and acquisition requirements that also apply to the HOME-ARP program.
