Summary of the New Computer Matching Program
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency management Agency (FEMA) and Federal Insurance Mitigation Administration (FIMA) have established a Computer Matching Program to assist CDBG-DR grantees with access to the necessary data to support grantee recovery programs in compliance with the Privacy Act.
A summary of the new computer matching program has been published in 89 FR 8693, which highlights the following key items :
