WASHINGTON - On Thursday, February 2, Marcia L. Fudge, the 18th Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), traveled to Chicago, Illinois to announce the historic release of HUD’s grants to address unsheltered and rural homelessness, making up more than $315 million in crucial funding to diverse communities across the country.
