Assisted Living Requirements

Board and Care Requirements

| License Requirement | A license is not required by ORCF. The facility must meet the definition of Board and Care in the state in which the facility will be located. If the state does not have a definition, the facility must meet all the requirements in this section. |
| Certification | State must certify that it is in compliance with the 1616(e) of the Social Security Act (Keys Amendments). HUD has received notification that these states are in compliance. |
