Exemption from PIC Reporting Requirements and Sanctions Specified in Notice PIH 2006-24

To provide further administrative relief to PHAs with jurisdictions in areas the President declared to be federal disaster areas as a result of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma, HUD has determined that these PHAs will be exempt, until further notice, from the requirements and sanctions specified in Notice PIH 2006-24 issued on June 30, 2006.
