These monthly Deadline Compliance Status Reports assist PJs and HUD Field Offices in
monitoring compliance with the 2-year commitment and CHDO reservation requirements
of the HOME statute and the 5-year expenditure requirements of the HOME regulations.
In June 2007, a new version of this report was posted based on the guidance provided
in HUD Notice CPD 07-06. The previous version of this report will be posted under the
