This draft guide is for PHA (public housing authority) users to understand how to access funding information and statements utilizing the Enterprise Voucher Management System (eVMS). It provides an overview of the system, including timelines for reporting and step by step screenshots of how the system looks and operates.

• Address eVMS related common questions received since the previous webinar.
• Live Q&A regarding eVMS or HCV Funding.

PIC 50058 Error Dashboards:

The Inventory Management System (IMS)/ PIH Information Center (PIC) Error Dashboard shows a summary view of IMS/PIC Fatal Errors PHA’s receive when inputting the Form 50058 into IMS/PIC and 50058’s with overdue reexaminations greater than 14 months.
